mixed feelings, some issues with the room
leaking ac damaged wood floor
the staff were very friendly, that was a plus.
the external balcony was not even on the same floor as our room, so we didn't use it. pictures made me believe the room was newer, but it wasn't. the ac leaked, and the wood floor had been damaged for a while.

friendly staff complimentary prosecco
The staff was amicable and informative, a true pleasure to meet them. i found a complimentary prosecco. It was sparkling and good after my travels.
The room was a little noisy. I could hear other guests sometimes.

A Wonderful Stay Close to Everything!
cute staff helpful advice fresh pastries
The staff were friendly and cute. They provided helpful advice about local food and attractions. This was my first trip and I was so nervous. The hotel is very close to the metro station, made getting to all the sights simple. Daily, fresh pastries and drinks were available at breakfast.
The echoing front door could be a little loud when closed, but it wasn't a significant issue for me.

The hotel offers free lockers for luggage storage which is secure and convenient when you want to explore more after checking out. There is also a rooftop terrace that is a plus where you can relax and take in the views.
